This seem like vector but i use screen tone..
•I can draw:male portrait
•i can't draw:female potrait , very detail hair and eye
•for background you can choose whatever you like but it's recomended use wallpaper for the background (you can see in the sample)
And for resolution is 2000 px x3000px(if above that my poor smartphone will explode XD)
In the end i give jpg and png file..
