I make artwork with my own style. It could be your OC, fanart of your favorite artist, or your favorite character. I could try if you want to me to make artwork of this style for your beloved person, but usually it will end up realistic. For this one, I can do it with pencil, watercolor, or pencil / watercolor mix with digital touchup.
