We accept requests for fan art for Vtubers. It would be good to have some compositional specifications, but if you don't have any materials, just a textual description is fine. NSFW illustrations are acceptable as long as they are not too extreme. We will only draw simple backgrounds for this plan (we want to deliver the artwork more quickly).
