Hikoku was very nice and updated very often about their progress for the artwork! They also captured all the character details lovingly and took great care in making sure that I was okay with all the steps involved. It took a while for them to reply to the request due to an email problem- however, the issue should be fixed from now on! Definitely recommend this artist to anyone who is interested in getting a painted-style artwork. Super love it!
