Azuri909 did a FANTASTIC JOB! I appreciate their courtesy, kindness, and effort! I'm very glad I've discovered them. ^^ As for any notes for improvement, I only have one. 1. While I understand revisions are bound to happen in this process, I found that some mistakes Azuri made could've been avoided easily. I had an organized Google document that was as easy on the eyes as I could make it, as simple as possible, and explained exactly what I wanted with visual representations included. With this Document, Azuri still made some mistakes that gave me the impression that they were not carefully reading my Customization Document. They were very sweet and willing to change things though:). Therefore, Azuri must be careful not to gloss over details so that they do not have to endure as much revisions. Lastly, I think one thing that could help lessen Azuri's revision process is to take a moment to look through a customer's customization sheet, and create a short list of what they think needs more clarity on. It doesn't have to be long or anything, but it would help ensure everyone's on the same page. Because at the end of the day, some people may not have been clear enough no matter how clear they tried to be. With that said, No hard feelings at all Azuri! I appreciate everything you've done and I think you're amazing! I just wanted to point these things out so that you can improve. I wish you the very best, thank you for your service!
