I can draw your favorite characters into chibis with or without background of your choice!! I can also turn IRL people into chibis as long as you are ok that i do it in MY STYLE (i cannot copy artstyles) Characters heavy on mecha elements might have some issues as I'm not good with mecha but if i'm allowed to simplify them, I can do my best to do the job!! Light gore is also possible NSFW, Heavy mecha, heavy gore are not accepted. I hope you can understand :)
