I can do 2D background painting. Usually it is used for Visual Novel/Game/Animation asset. Depends on the details, one drawing can either be done in 1 day until 2 week. If you want a faster work, please provide me with clear instruction.

+semi realist (style that usually used in visual novel games)
+cartoon (simple shade, and deformed shape)
