If you want big changes and I've already drawn it, there will be a fee. -NO refunds unless there is a good reason. -There is really no deadline, but the estimate is 1 week-1 month. If you want a refund and I haven't started, I'll give 100% of the payment back. If you want a refund when I finished the sketch, you will receive 60% of the payment back. If you want a refund when I finished the lineart, you will receive 50% of the payment back. Depending on how far I've gotten on the coloring, the payment % back varies.
