I am a comic book author from Poland/ Central Europe. I can create custom characters from any information given about them, or I can use photos as reference. There are three tiers to your commission, if you choose my abilities - you can get basic pencilwork, additional inking, then you can get something more like colors on the background. Either combination is viable.

I also prefer to contact with client throughout the work being done to assure the quality of the art.
