The artwork is amazing. We absolutely love it. The quality is excellent, and the faces are exactly the same as our real faces. The artist reviewed the artwork until we were satisfied with the changes. He also sent us step by step progresses so that we could comment/review on each step. This has been great. The only issue was with the communication. We had to ask for some things several times even though some of them were in the initial brief and even though we provided with screenshots and drawings to illustrate what we meant, and they were ignored at the first delivery until we asked for a review. In the end the artist did all the changes, but an effective communication would have make the whole process much better. Other than this, the quality of the artwork is just incredibly good - we are absolutely satisfied.

This was a present for my 7-year-old nephew, I can't wait for him to see it, it's amazing. He does have the same face as on the picture I gave to opikGOO! I asked for an image of Harley Quin except with the face of my niece and even from the first sketch it looked exactly like her. I'm so thrilled with the finished result.
