It took a bit longer than expected to get the work done, but was due to exceptional circumstances. Otherwise was very quick and polite, made revisions immediately, and made something wonderful out of the subpar references I had given. Very good. I do recommend.

For what it's worth the art piece looks great. Final product came out really well it was more the getting there that was frustrating. I understand that life has things that happen, I can't see that's an excuse for weeks of Silence past a proclaimed due date. And it took even a bit longer just to get the final approval after the piece was claimed to be done. Just to be clear the only reason I'm giving such a low score was due to lack of communication and the wait time
