Took over a month to complete and did not communicate. Was about to cancel all my orders before they finally wrote me. Still have three more orders that are reaching two months waiting time. Ridiculous

I tried placing an order with this artist but heard nothing back - they accepted my order a few weeks after initially placing it and then nothing for another month. I sent messages periodically asking for an update and got nothing back. I eventually had to cancel the order.
