For settling a commission, you have to properly list down your information request like this :

Name: (the name of your character)
Age: (How old or how old do they look)
Gender: (What is their gender)
Reference: (The reference of your character)
Additional info: (Any additional info that I need to keep in mind or how you want the characters to pose/looks like etc)
Preference for the Background, colored/white/transparent.

For the results I'll give you a 300dpi resolution
